THE EVERINGHAM FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED APARTMENT COMMUNITIES IN NORTH CENTRAL CINCINNATI are family owned and operated. We put loving care into each apartment and get to know each resident by name.  We’ve been in business since 1998 and provide quality maintenance and friendly service.  Our communities are small, less than 33 apartments at each, so we can personally serve each resident’s needs.

All of our apartments are in classic brick buildings, nestled in quiet wooded settings near residential homes in the College Hill area in Cincinnati, Ohio. All locations feature secure four-unit buildings, off street parking, and laundry facilities.
